He was Pres. of Boston Electric Light Co.; a director of Edison Electric Illuminating Co., Vice-Pres. of New Eng- land Cotton Yarn Co., Vice-Pres. Copper Range Consolidated Co., and director of many other large companies. He resided at 431 Beacon Street, Boston, Mass., and d. Oct. 26, 1902, aged 61, of paralysis.
